main marking solutions
DECOPRINT

Direct screen printing uses a stencil system to place a visual directly onto the garment. The screens used, which function like stencils, let the ink run onto the textile to mark it.

Advantages:

+ Durable (good resistance to washing)
+ Quality rendering
+ Suitable for large production runs with less complex patterns and few colours
+ Very good value for money
+ Marking process can be integrated into the production cycle for unassembled garments: shorter marking time)

DECOFLEX

Digital transfer involves printing a visual onto an iron-on film using a digital printer. The pattern, with or without a background, is then transferred to the textile using a high-temperature press.

Advantages:

+ Unlimited number of colours
+ Suitable for small production runs
+ Flexibility: can be applied to unassembled garments as well as those already assembled (however, additional time is required to unfold and fold garments that have already been assembled)

DECOTRANS

Screen transfer involves applying inks to transfer paper. The pattern, with or without a background, is then transferred to the textile using a high-temperature press.

Advantages:

+ Durable (good resistance to washing) and quality finish
+ Suitable for small production runs
+ Flexibility: can be applied to unassembled garments as well as those already assembled (however, additional time is required to unfold and fold garments that have already been assembled)

DECOBROD

As direct embroidery or onto a patch to be sewn on afterwards, embroidery involves reproducing a visual using threads. A program must be created for each new visual.

Advantages:

+ Durable (good resistance over time)
+ Quality rendering
+ High-quality, high-impact marking
+ Gives a raised look to clothing
